After practicing dental anesthesia for 15 plus years and being active in the local , state , and national dental anesthesiology organizations I am proud to announce that I have been elected President for 2009 of the Illinois Dental Society of Anesthesiology This is a great honor bestowed on me by my colleagues and I hope to have a successful term.  This comes after spending a year as Vice- President and a year as Secretary of the state society.  My initial task at hand is to organize our annual meeting in November 2009.  Plans are currently in place to have Dr. Robert Bosak, a practicing oral surgeon in the Chicago suburbs to be our speaker for an interactive review of dental anesthesia.
